Building custom homes on tight deadlines is tough, but doing it under network cameras changes the entire job. HGTV builder Dave Marrs joins Josh Saffran, Matt Marrs, and Rob Nelson to break down how he scaled local construction in Bentonville into a national brand.

Dave details the operational friction of burning 120 hours of footage for a 43-minute cut while paying jobsite trade crews. He explains how to manage subcontractor downtime during filming stops and keep primary business goals intact.

For general contractors balancing trade operations with media exposure, this conversation outlines how to protect field margins when production schedules collide with actual builds.
